Happy Day

We celebrated St. Patrick's day yesterday as a family. We took photos, we shot silly videos, drank beer (mama and papa only!) and danced after dinner. We remembered Grandma Eleanor in Heaven. One of my favorite poems is an Irish blessing. I still keep the little card we got at Grandma's wake and it says:

May the road rise to meet you.

May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rain gently upon your fields and until we meet again,

May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

Look at him go! How cute! I asked our music therapist today if she happened to know you and she said she just met you this week! I hope you like her -- she's done wonders for John Michael! He loves to play her guitar and drums and rainbow song.

Hi Jennifer, we've had Carly since JM was about 7 months old, I think. Definitely before he was sitting independently. JM is now 16 mos old. He hasn't grown in the last 3 months, but yes, he's a big boy -- about 50% (down from 75% pre-crawling!) for weight on typical charts. Let's get together soon. Maybe McKinley?

OMG Jen! I love seeing all of your pictures of the boys...they are all so beautiful! And the videos of Joaquin are always so precious. Thanks for sharing :o)
